6/24/93 – Thu.
What a day! We covered 12 miles out to the highway near Bastian shortly after 11:00 this morning, and Julie was driving up the road to hike in and meet us and hike, so the timing was perfect (for us — Julie had wanted to hike some with us).
(Aborted entry — finally got through to Dad — I’ll finish it some other time)
